Due to reduced resources, Philadelphia Legal Assistance is not able to assist with divorce cases at this time. We hope to be able to reopen our limited divorce intake (advice and referral for applicants who have been sued for divorce in Philadelphia county) sometime in the summer of 2018.

If you wish to speak to a private attorney about divorce, you may contact the Lawyer Referral and Information Service of the Philadelphia Bar Association at 215-238-6333. They can arrange an attorney consultation for a small fee.
