The Pennsylvania Farmworker Project (PFP) provides legal assistance to low-income migrant and seasonal farmworkers throughout the state of Pennsylvania. The PFP represents farmworkers in employment-related cases. See the Migrant Farmworker Legal Problems page for more information.

The PFP collaborates with community and governmental organizations to provide community education to seasonal and migrant farmworkers about issues related to their legal rights.  In addition, the PFP provides trainings on farmworker rights to social service providers.

Intake Procedure:

Applicants should call the Pennsylvania Farmworker Project's Hotline at 888.541.1544. Outside of normal business hours, callers should leave a message.

Eligibility Requirements:

Applicants must live in Pennsylvania or have a case that relates to Pennsylvania.
